A BEAUTIFUL Vintage CROWN 8 Transistor Flash Light Pocket Radio - very original styling.   Direct form the 1960s, the battery operated pocket radio is new in the box.  Made in Japan this is a CROWN model TR-860 with a dark blue case with silver trim.  Your new TR-860 is a tiny pocketable radio receiver incorporating self-contained flashlight, one of a series of CROWN'S products.  It covers listening rang of standard medium wave radio frequencies, also provides a lighting equipment to escort you in the dark or keep you from emergencies.  The Crown was designed so small, that this model can be carried in your pocket or handbag at any time and will serve you as your best companion wherever you go.    This is an 8 transistor, MW band superheterodyne receiver with a flashlight combination.  Its speaker is 2 inches in diameter.  The bulb needed for the flashlight is a 2.4v, 180mA, and it operates on 2 "AA" penlight batteries (not included)   BRAND NEW IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX!!!
